Jovan Despotovski is a graduated economist at the Faculty of Economics at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” and a postgraduate in international relations and diplomacy at the University “American College” – Skopje. He has an extensive experience in the field of strategic planning and coordination of capacity building programs financed by the Government of the Republic of Macedonia and foreign donors. As head of the Sector in the Secretariat for European Affairs of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, he participated in the realization of the significant projects: the realization of Corridor X, the cooperation with international financial institutions, program coordinator of the Office for National Aid, led the working group for the compilation of the Questionnaire of the EC for the application of the Republic of Macedonia for EU membership in the field of economy, which gives Macedonia the status of an EU member state. He is a co-founder of Mensa.

Katarina Kreceva holds MPhil in Politics, Development and Democratic Education from the University of Cambridge and MA of Interdisciplinary Research and Studies on Eastern Europe from the University of Bologna. She has an extensive professional experience in policy analysis, monitoring and policy design acquired in the public sector, international development agencies and the civil sector. Her professional engagements, among other, include design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of EU funded programmes and projects.

Natasha Lazarovska has received a joint master degree in IP rights from the University of Strasbourg and the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” from Skopje. Her previous experience is in legal affairs, negotiation and securing financial aid from international financial institutions for realization of projects. Her professional arrangements, among the rest, include legal advice, preparation of legal documentation, as well as coordination, monitoring and follow-up on projects financed by MFI.

He has previous experience in analysis and monitoring of credit applications and preparation of customer analysis using financial analysis tools. He is currently pursuing MA in Monetary Economics, finance and banking at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje.

Tanja Ilijevska holds a BA in Economics from the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. She has a 13 years working experience in the banking sector, working in several commercial banks in Macedonia. She is specialized in corporate banking and managing key clients as well as retail banking with 10 years management experience in the field. Part of her experience is obtained outside of Macedonia through on-job trainings in other commercial banks in the region. Her professional duties, among others, include delivering trainings for managerial and negotiation skills.
